Now Residential offers three options for leasing your residential property. One is a non-exclusive agreement, in which the owner is free both to market their property independently and also to hire other leasing firms in addition to Now Residential on a non-exclusive basis. Now Residential collects a leasing fee only if Now Residential specifically procures a tenant.

Another option can be thought of as “semi-exclusive”. Under this arrangement, if a property owner finds a tenant independently, no fee is paid to Now Residential. If Now Residential markets the property to the public and shares property listing information with third party brokers in the community, and a third party broker brings a tenant, Now Residential shares its leasing fee with that broker.

Lastly, Now Residential offers an “exclusive right to lease” option to property owners, which is  similar to most listing agreements made for sales of real estate. In this scenario, Now Residential may share its fees with other brokerages, however a fee applies whether Now Residential, a third party broker, or the owner procures a tenant.
